Resurrecting this Tumblr as an exercise diary (and hopefully other things).
Current state of play:
cycling 17miles a day (8.5miles each way to work).At least four times a week.
Daily dumb-bell routine am and pm, present weight 7.5kgs.
Running routine - currently at 40mins for 6kms. Aiming for two approx 5mile runs a week (tuesday and thursday). (historic benchmark 5kms in 24mins, dec2008)
